Rossah also gives lectures on Morocco, its spirited culture and vibrant history, to Elementary School children. She demonstrates the tea making ceremony, a taste of the food, dresses the children in authentic dress, applies henna, teaches zhagroot, dances, shows an informative, educational video and brings enough percussion instruments to allow every child to participate in a musical jam session! Take your next class on a magic carpet ride they will never forget!
Rossah, creative performer and master teacher, leads all classes from her years of dance and public engagements. She has facilitated hundreds of bellydance classes. She has a comprehensive teaching method based with a strong musical focus, solid dance vocabulary, adding love, spirituality, and humor.
She is also available to travel for coaching, troupe work, workshops, and private classes, with or without the aid of video camera to your part of the world. Each class includes gentle and expansive movement for enlivening the spirit and increasing mobility, sensuality, and self discovery. Her style is for dancers of all ages, sizes, and abilities. Students are encouraged to participate at their own level, intention, and willingness. Because of the nature of this dance, these classes are appropriate for any one who wants to live more in their own body. These classes are about trusting the inner wisdom of movement.
