Rossah’s vision of a dance company has a span of over 30 years, from 1975 to 2008. Her dance project originated in California in the sleepy little beach town of Half Moon Bay as Asmarani, moved on to San Diego, reinvented itself as the Hand of Fatima Dance Tribe in Santa Cruz, it now finds its home base in the entertainment capitol of the world, Las Vegas, Nevada. The many dancers who have made their way to study and train with her have been directed and inspired to become excellent teachers, exciting troupes, or well known dancers onstage today.
As dancer, director, and choreographer, she has created her own eclectic and innovative style from years of studying culture, music, dance, religion and history. Her new dance company, The Hand of Fatima Dance Tribe, has represented her original choreographies and the folkloric dances of North Africa and the Middle East for over a decade. We provide spectacular soloists or the entire troupe for your enjoyment. With our many dance styles, exquisite costumes, unique props, and beautiful dancers, we can work together to suit your every need and find the best presentation to make your event a success. Prices are determined by the hour, number of dancers, travel time, and type of performance. We strive to keep costs reasonable but in accordance with local standard rates. We can also be contacted for non-profit or charitable events. Once your particular needs and the costs for your event are agreed upon, we contract it in writing. Please plan ahead.
